Location Information: With your consent, we collect your approximate location to show properties in your city and provide location-based search results.

Payment Information: When you make a payment, your payment details are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full credit card or bank account numbers.

Device Information: We collect device identifiers, browser type, and IP address to enforce our single-device login policy and detect unauthorized access to your account.

Uploaded Media: When landlords upload property images, we store the original images securely and create optimized versions (including watermarked copies and compressed formats) for display on the platform.

3. Information Sharing

  • With Landlords/Tenants: When you unlock a property's contact details, your name, email, and phone are shared with the property owner. Similarly, the owner's contact details are shared with you.
  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party services that help us operate (email delivery, SMS notifications, payment processing, image optimization)
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS with HSTS enforcement
  • Secure Headers: We implement Content Security Policy (CSP), X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, and other security headers to prevent common web attacks
  • Passwordless Authentication: OTP-based login eliminates the risk of password breaches

  • Logging in from a new device automatically terminates your previous session

  • Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity

This policy protects your contact credits, saved properties, and personal information from being accessed by unauthorized parties.

6. Image Processing & Storage

When you upload property images to our platform, the following processing occurs:

  • Original Storage: Your original uploaded images are stored securely and are never deleted or replaced
  • Watermarking: A watermarked version is automatically created to protect your images from unauthorized use on other platforms
  • Thumbnail Generation: Smaller thumbnail versions are created for faster loading in property listings and search results
  • Format Optimization: Images are automatically converted to modern formats (WebP) for faster delivery to supported browsers, while maintaining the original format as fallback
  • Quality Preservation: All image optimization is performed at high quality settings (82+) to ensure no visible quality degradation

You retain ownership of all images you upload. Upon account deletion or property removal, all associated images (including processed versions) are permanently deleted from our servers.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your login session and authentication state
  • Remember your preferences (such as selected city and search filters)
  • Enforce single-device login policy
  • Analyze site usage to improve our services
  • Provide CSRF protection for form submissions
